Travel Consultant (2 Vacancies)

Key responsibilities: 

  • Handling incoming calls concerning travels- airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals on Bulgarian market
  • Providing effective customer service, in line with established company standards
  • Presenting professional company image while dealing with clients
  • Selling the above-named products with the usage of internal procedures and techniques



  • Proactive attitude oriented towards high quality of customer service
  • High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Communicative level of English
  • Ability to work in shift system


Bonus points:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Knowledge of tourism market based on passion and experience in travelling ☺
