Araçatuba, often referred to as simply Araça, is a city located in the northwest part of Brazilian state
São Paulo. In close neighbourhood flows the river Tietê, which is unusually clean in that place, so it attracts many people, longing for cooling down in hot days, that are plenty of in this area. To spend a pleasant day by the river, you don’t need to go far, the journey should take not more than half an hour.

On the streets in the evenings you will find many people, in different ages, both locals, as well as travellers. You certainly won’t be bored there.
