Crotone
Crotone is a city in southern Italy, located on the Ionian Sea in the Calabria region. As the provincial capital, it is home to about 61,000 people. Crotone's history dates back to 710 BC when it was founded as an Achaean colony. It is renowned for the activities of Pythagoras, who established his school here.
