Paraguay
Paraguay, a landlocked country in South America, borders Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil. Its main river is the Paraguay, which runs through the country for 1,280 km. The tropical climate varies by region: the hot, dry Chaco and the more humid east. In summer temperatures reach 27 °C, while in winter they fall to 15-21 °C. The best time to visit is from May to September, when temperatures are milder. Asuncion, the capital, is worth exploring for its rich history and culture.
