Local kremlin from first years of the 16th century has never been conquered. To see closely the historic complex of buildings, go through Majkowski St to the north. Walls have 12 metres height and as much as 5 metres of thickness.

Take a blanket or sunbed and rest like them. In colder, windy days you have to satisfy yourself with a walk alongside a shore and admire arriving boats.
And what to do when you already have visited the entire city? Go to a cruise on the river Volga. There are organized a few hours trips, during which you can admire a shore from a boat’s board and a few days trips, during which you will dock to ports of many cities for 2-4 hours and then be back onboard. Even though in cabins you can feel vibe of the 70’s of the 20th century, a view from board will truly compensate it.
