Colombo Bangkok - Cheap flights

If you’re planning to travel there, be prepared for the noise, chaos, and breathlessness. However, when you have an open mind, it might be the most intense experience of your life. Where to start? Anyone who is visiting Bangkok for a short time should take a cruise on the Chao Phraya River. It’s the easiest way to admire historic buildings as the majority of them are located along the river.

You may also be interested in spending some time around Khao San Road, which is particularly popular among backpackers. It’s up to you whether you choose to stay at this spot; just don’t miss the opportunity to discover it. You’ll get everything here – from fantastic Thai bars and restaurants, through massage parlors, to market stalls selling, e.g., Harvard graduate certificates.

Bangkok has a reputation for being more vibrant at night than during the day; many tourists find it surprising at first. One of the districts really worth a trip is Patpong. When it gets dark, the streets start filling up with hawker stalls serving delicious and cheap meals. Except for the bustling nightlife, street food is what Patpong is chiefly known for. It’s also here that the open-air night market takes place. It’s very popular with travelers. When enjoying Bangkok by night, you won’t feel hungry for sure.

Chinatown is another quarter you may want to wander around. Heavy traffic makes it hard to get there, but you won’t regret it. The site is called “Yaowara” by the locals and offers everything that comes to mind when you think about China. It’s one of the largest Chinatowns in the world where you can try East Asian cuisine and buy souvenirs.
