Between the lakes Calhoun and Harriet runs historic trolley bus handled by Minnesota Streetcar Museum.

What’s worth seeing in The Twin Cities? Surely bridges St. Anthony Falls and Stone Arch Bridge, as well as historical district of Riverfront. In Downton skyscrapers grab attention (for instance High for 185 metres building of Foshat Tower from 1929). In the evenings you can go to the areas of Warehouse, Loring Park or Elliot Park and also ruins of mill the river’s bank, where is the basin of musical clubs and bars. Must see is Minneapolis Institute of Art and created in the 20s of the 20th century Walker Art Center – a museum of modern art with pieces of artists like Pablo Picasso, Henry Moore or Alberto Giacometti.

What to eat in the capital of Minnesota? In the regional cuisine dominate dishes of European roots, for instance Scandinavian lutefisk (dry cod dipped in leach) and lefse (pancakes), German stews and potato dishes, or polish dumplings. Typical dish is also hot dish from potatoes, cream and cheese with various additions and tots – French fries from batatas in coating. Where to eat?
