Go to Arhiva de Cafea Si Ceai at Strada Arhivelor 2. For those who are hungry we recommend visit in Hermania restaurant, located in the walking distance from the square (Strada Filarmonicii 2) and serving various dishes of European and also Romanian cuisine. The whole city’s landscape can be admired from the top of Town Hall’s Tower – it is definitely worth it, as the city’s architecture looks splendid with mountains in the background. The upper town is connected to the lower by street with stairs, along which there are plenty of cafes. It is one of the most loveliest places in the city.
