It is also worth to see the monument of Peter I and – serving as the symbol of the October Revolution – cruiser Aurora or Peter and Paul Fortress, where one can admire tombs of Russian emperors.

What tastes should be associated with Saint Petersburg? For sure typical Russian soups are worth trying, such as solianka, ucha, barszcz or szczi, and fluffy Russian pancake with cream and caviar. You can get them not only in restaurants, but also in fast foods bars, called stolovyjach. In the centre there are also many hugely popular in this city bars serving sushi and Georgian restaurants. Where it is worth to eat? If you look for Russian tastes, you will find them in Troika, Pelmenya and Severyanin.
