When you stay at Sombrero you will notice we use clean crisp white linen, cover sheets, quilt protectors which are washed after each stay,mattress protectors which are washed after each stay and we take all room crockery and cutlery to our main kitchen to be sterilized in 82 degree water. We still include in the hotel room price a light breakfast .We have a a 24 hour manned reception with an after hours card access gated entry Our rooms have a state of the art digital card swipe lock system and we are always renovating. The environment is important to us, so we use green power including solar,we recycle and we source food which is mainly organic and free range as locally as possible . Our staff are trained professionals with 15 to 39 years services and with only 3 staff having 1-3 years service. Not all hotels think as we do or do what we do or are as committed to servicing the needs of guests as we are.
