Baggage
Each passenger can take one handbag of defined dimensions and weight on board for free. Cosmetics and liquids must be transported in 100 ml packages and placed in a transparent bag. These restrictions do not apply to medicines and food for an infant. The carrier also accepts checked baggage with specified dimensions. The weight of the baggage depends on the chosen tariff. Exceeding the limits of weight and dimensions are associated with the need to pay for excess baggage. It is also possible to purchase additional luggage at the airport.
Children from 2 to 12 years old have the same baggage limit as adults. The carrier allows transporting dogs and cats in the cabin, however, the number of animals is strictly defined in the line policy. During the flight reservation process, it's necessary to notify the information about the animal.
Booking classes
SKY express is an airline that offers travel at a low price. Passengers travel in two classes of reservations, economic and business (Bliss). In economic class, they can buy a ticket in one of three available tariffs: SKY Joy, SKY Joy Plus and SKY enjoy. Some services related to the flight, such as the weight limit for checked baggage, depending on the selected tariff.
Online check-in
Passengers can check-in online and at the airport directly before the flight. However, the passengers must arrive at the airport early enough. Online check-in is available 48 hours before the flight. Passengers receive a boarding pass after check-in.
Fleet
The fleet of SKY express is still growing and consists of several machines adapted for short and long distance flights - the example types are ATR and airbus. The ATP plane can take dozens of passengers, and the airbus - from 100 to 220.Travel comfort is ensured by, among others leather, comfortable seats.
Athens International Airport
SKY express has 3 main hubs, that are located in Athens, Thessaloniki and Heraklion. Athens International Airport is the largest airport in Greece. It has two terminals – the main terminal and the satellite terminal, which operates flights outside the Schengen area. The airport in Athens has many amenities for passengers - post office, banks, currency exchange, first aid point, numerous restaurants and cafes, shops, as well as car rental services and free WIFI. There are three car parks (this service can be ordered online). The airport is about 30 km from the center of Athens.
Meals
SKY express offers short flights in Greece. For this reason, passengers don't receive any snacks, drinks or meals included in the ticket price. However, the line has a small gift for passengers - refreshing tissues and sweets.
Additional services
SKY express doesn't have a loyalty program, but the line offers other additional services that provide customers with the comfort of traveling. Another interesting offer is the opportunity to visit an additional place in Greece (Island Hopping offer) and it's associated with the promotion of Greece among tourists. SKY express also offers charter flights to customers both within and outside Greece. In the case of domestic flights, kids from 5 to 12 years old can travel without an adult person (for an extra charge). However, it's necessary to meet the requirements – an adult person has to be present at the place of departure and arrival.

Make sure u do youre online chek in
Even with the app i thought my chek in was automaticly donne but turn out at the port that i wasnt cheked it ended up on stand by tickets.

Do not pay for upgrades or check your bag!!!
I paid for priority boarding, seating and luggage. I didn’t get to board early, everyone sat wherever they wanted on the plane. My luggage did not come out first like they promised and my suitcase came out with a wheel broken off.

Airline very good value. Confusion at Sthens airport. Gate change was a bit overwhelming for most as it was not close and another floor. Limited communication at Athens airport
