Missed my departure time & was rescheduled & re routed to Chicargo.

First time user!!!

I usually use CheapOair but I may have to switch e.sky.com booking was easy no hassles and everything went fine on the flight you may have a potential new customer me

Baggage damage

One handle of my checked bag was completely torn off the bag. Had to go back to ticket counter to get assistance when I picked up the damaged bag. Attendant commented that wheels and handles are not usually covered when it came to damage. Took pictures and told me he would send them and the claim procedure to my email to resolve the issue. Never received the email.

No communication. Flew me I to a hurricane and canceled connecting flight. Could not leave til the next night. Poor communication

I found the temperature of the plane very cold even though I had layered up. My husband and I had great roomy seats at the exit row. The plane was only half full.
