Pegasus Airlines – baggage policy
Passengers travelling with Pegasus Airlines are allowed to transport hand baggage and checked baggage. However, the Pegasus Airlines baggage allowance depends on the route and the selected booking class. Travelers should prepare before departure and ensure that their baggage meets all baggage restrictions
What can I take in hand baggage Pegasus Airlines?
Passengers are allowed to take one piece of Pegasus Airlines hand baggage. The baggage should not exceed 8 kg in weight, and the maximum dimensions are 20x40x55 cm. Additionally, passengers can take a personal item such as a handbag or a laptop bag that do not exceed the 35cm x 20cm x 20cm dimensions.
What can I take in checked baggage Pegasus Airlines?
The allowed baggage limitations depend on the route and the booking class. However the permitted and free Pegasus Airlines checked baggage allowance is 15 kg for domestic flights and 20 kg for international flights. Passengers can also buy and additional baggage on the carrier’s website.
Pegasus Airlines – booking classes

I had two separate tickets from PC, they were not able to made a connection flight at the fiat location. Staff are not friendly and totally ignorant of procedures. And they don’t speak or understand English in both destination. My luggage lost and found after two day.

It was worst experience ever would never recommend ever anybody flights transiting from Turkey my flight Dubai to London MMXMIH London to Dubai VJ6AJR VJ663U I had booked Dubai To London Stansted flight VIA Sabiha, on 19-Feb-2019 Pegasus Staff refused me boarding card at London Stanstead as my return flight had 2 different PNR for London TO Istanbul and Istanbul to Dubai despite I had a Valid Residence permit for Dubai they advised me take e visa for Turkey for transit only then they will issue me the boarding card, when I applied at cost of 99 dollars Boarding staff had ;left, I had to take another return flight at cost of 465 pounds. Who is responsible for this extra 600 Pounds of loss and mental torture stranded at Stanstead airport

Stuck in a line for an hour and a half waiting for my transit ticket only to be screamed at by staff. Almost missed my flight

My day
Flight late leaving leaving Ercan to Istanbul, when I finally arrived in Istanbul for my connecting flight I had to run which was very difficult as they were calling for passengers to board flight for Stansted. Overall I will say staff were accommodating

Do what they want
Delayed flight from ankara to Izmir, no explanation why. Got to izmir with 20 minutes to get connecting flight to stanstead, to be told the flight to uk had gone early. Was told that next flight to uk was 24 hours later. Had to stay in an airport hotel, woman alone, was not a pleasant experience. Had to pay extra for airport parking and missed a days work.
