Luggage
You can take hand baggage onboard of SAS flights. Its dimensions and weight are determined by the airline and may vary depending on the booking class or route.

Service classes
The SAS airline offers a choice of three service classes.
SAS Go is the cheapest, designed for tourists. Onboard, passengers have the option of buying meals.
SAS Plus is popular among both businessmen and tourists looking for an alternative to economy class. SAS passengers who travel with this class can check-in at business class positions, at some airports are provided with a faster security clearance, and wider, more comfortable seats, free meal, flexible fare conditions. On intercontinental routes, cabins are separated in this class.
SAS Business offers the highest level of services, including a simplified check-in procedure for passengers, who are also entitled to an increased baggage allowance, they have access to a special lounge, where they can spend time conveniently before the departure.
Online check-in
SAS was also an innovative airline in terms of an online check-in solution. Checking via the Internet is possible with this carrier not earlier than 22 hours before the scheduled departure, and it is closed at 60 minutes before it. Passengers print the boarding pass themselves, but optionally they can also pick it up at the airport at "check-in" checkpoints. Changes to the previously allocated space can be made no later than 3 hours before the departure.
Fleet
SAS’s fleet is composed of more than 154 machines of type: Airbus A319, A320, A320NEO, A321, A330-300, A350-900, Boeing 737-700/800, CRJ-900, ATR 72-600. SAS airlines are constantly replacing older aircraft with new, more environmentally-friendly models. Due to this, it is now possible to reduce fuel consumption during the flight by 15-30% and provide passengers with the possibility of sustainable travel in convenient conditions.
The airport Stockholm Arlanda
The Stockholm Arlanda International Airport is the base for SAS airlines. The port is located 42 km north of the Swedish capital and 28 km southeast of Uppsala. There are a lot of catering points in its area: bars, restaurants and cafes as well as multi-branch stores, including duty-free shops. The building also houses car rental companies, a hairdresser, a chapel, a medical point, a dry cleaning, a fitness club and a children's playground. Wireless internet is available on the area of whole airport.
Refreshments
The SAS airline onboard of its aircrafts offers a wide range of drinks, including free coffee and tea. In addition, passengers in Scandinavia and Europe can buy snacks from the carrier's menu. On intercontinental flights, food, snacks and drinks are served in all classes, and their diversity depends on the time of the day of travel. Additionally, you can also buy them from the onboard menu.
Business class passengers have included in the ticket price a richer menu, receive a glass of champagne and have a choice of one of three dishes within the menu. In addition, during the flight, they can enjoy a buffet of wines, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, fruits and snacks.
Additional services
For passengers loyal to SAS brand, the airline has been offering the EuroBonus loyalty program since 1992. For each flight of SAS or other airlines associated in the Star Alliance, passengers receive points they can use for free of charge flight, hotel stay or car rental. Customers with the cards of the highest status, receive a number of additional privileges.

My first trip with SAS
It was my first trip with SAS which was cancelled and out me in a big trouble. I had another flight right after and I lost all of my flights but but SAS refunded only its flight.

Our flight, was cancelled and no one contacted us. We could have been stuck in Thromso if we did not arrived earlier. We were booked to another flight and we had to rush to the gate. And in the airplane the flight antedated started making jokes about our luggage. wtf?

Pleasure to travel with SAS
It was my first time traveling with and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and efficient service. Free tea and coffee during the flight. I will definitely travel with SAS again.
