Aeroflot
Probably many people associate the silver blue planes with the Russian flag on the tail and the inscription Aeroflot. What kind of airline is this? It is a Russian national carrier, which was founded based on the airlines in the Soviet Union. In 1932 the airline was established, which became the only air carrier in the country, and at the same time it became the largest airline in the world. Just before the political transformation, Aeroflot joined the IATA association and was coded SU . After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Aeroflot disintegrated into smaller companies associated with local airports. It was estimated that there were around 300 to 500 of them. Aeroflot faced competition and fought for customers for international flights. Fleet replacement and investments in American and French aircraft turned out to be a step in the right direction. Today, several dozen local and over a hundred international destinations are served by Aeroflot aircraft. The airline can be heard favorable opinions from foreign and Russian tourists.
