Luggage
Each easyJet passenger can take one hand baggage of certain dimensions to the plane. The carrier reserves the right to put the suitcases in the trunk if there is not enough space in the storage compartments. Hand luggage may not contain any dangerous or prohibited items. Liquids should be transported in plastic packages with a maximum capacity of 100 ml. The carrier doesn't allow the transport of animals, with the exception of assistance dogs. Passengers who purchase a ticket in the Flexi tariff, the Upfront / Extra Legroom option or have the easyJet Plus card, may additionally bring one small bag with the dimensions specified in the regulations to the plane. The checked luggage in easyJet is payable, and its dimensions and weight are precisely defined. Exceeding the applicable limits is associated with an additional fee.
Booking classes
The airline provides customers with economy class flights. The carrier has one, standard tariff, but passengers can also buy a ticket in the Flexi tariff, which allows taking not only hand luggage but also an additional item on board. Another facility is the checked baggage included in the ticket price. Passengers traveling with the Flexi tariff can also, among others, make changes to the reservation, choose one of the standard or front seats or use the discount for the purchase of space with additional legroom. Passengers of the standard tariff have their seats automatically allocated during the check-in, however, the carrier enables to choose a place (standard, front or with additional legroom) for an extra fee.
Online check-in
The carrier provides the customers with several ways of checking-in. easyJet online check-in is available 30 days before the planned travel and ends 2 hours before the departure. Passengers have to print the boarding pass. It's important to remember that each change in the reservation is related to the necessity of carrying out another check-in and printing a new boarding pass. Travelers using the mobile application can choose the option of a mobile boarding pass only if the airport accepts it.
Check-in at the airport is possible 2 hours before the flight, however, passengers must check in at the latest 40 minutes before the flight.
Fleet
The first planes in the easyJet fleet were Boeing 737-200. Currently, the carrier has several hundred modern and comfort planes, such as Airbus A319, A320 and A320n. Each of them has special seats with additional legroom. Due to relatively short routes, the airline doesn't provide passengers with entertainment programs (movies, music) on board. One of the largest European carriers plans to expand the fleet with more aircraft made using modern technologies. Each time, new machines that provide passengers with a comfortable and safe journey are a priority.
London Luton Airport
The main office of easyJet is the international London Luton airport, located about 4 km from Luton and about 55 km from the centre of London. The airport serves regular and seasonal flights as well as cargo flights. In 2017, the airport served 15,8 million passengers. From 2018, travellers can use the extended terminal and a modern information system. The airport area includes shops, cafes, restaurants, car rental companies, the room of prays and ATMs. The toilets have been adapted to the needs of disabled people and mothers with children. Passengers can use the free WiFi network for 4 hours. There are several parking lots at the airport. Getting to the centre of London is provided by taxis, buses and railways.

Refreshments
Meals at easyJet are not included in the ticket price. Passengers can take advantage of the catering offer, which includes cold and hot drinks, alcohol, sandwiches, snacks and sweets, as well as hot dishes and salads. There are also some meals for kids.
People who decide to buy a ticket in the Flexi tariff, receive a special voucher with a specified amount and can be used during the flight. Other passengers may also buy a voucher on the carrier's website before the travel. Thanks to this, they will receive up to 20% discount on the bistro and the duty-free shop offer.
Additional services
During the flight, passengers can read the Traveller magazine that includes interesting articles and information about easyJet destinations. The duty-free shop offer includes cosmetics and perfumes. Although there are no entertainment programs during flights, children can spend time playing various games, such as puzzles. The games are provided by the personnel.
The clients can also join the loyalty program and receive the easyJet Plus card. Membership in this program is payable, but in return, we can get a lot of amenities and bonuses, for example, the option of choosing a seat on the plane, changing the booking or faster boarding the plane. Thanks to easyJet partner lines, passengers can use With Worldwide services. It gives the possibility to book combined flights online (easyJet and another partner line), for example to New York or Singapore.

Great trip
Easyjet is a good airline to travel with. The flight was an hour late but because of a strike in France. Easyjet kept us informed and was apologetic. Service was great. Flight was great.

Charged me Eur 52.00 for Bag 20.Kg in Amsterdam Airport that was trouble thing while already paid $43.00 for same bag , at time showed them the receipt for $43.00 then after My Complain returned to me $43.00 only instead of Eur52.00 ????????

OK Flight, LOUSY Communication
On the outbound, leg they didn't post the gate number until 10 minutes before the gate closed. People who took the flight regularly anticipated the gate and lined up. We were towards the end of a long line when we had gotten to the airport 2.5 hours early. On the return, there was a problem with the plane (it happens) and we had to deplane and wait for a new plane. For 5 hours we waited with the monitor saying "boarding closed" and then had to run to the new gate. Some announcements were made, but they were all in French. No Italian. No English. On a flight from France to Italy.

Convenient and Cheap
The flight from Pisa to Paris was uneventful and smooth. We arrived 10 minutes late, in part because boarding was a little disorganized. Staff were helpful, plenty of legroom with comfortable seats
