Vueling
Vueling Airlines is a Spanish low-fares airline with bases at El Prat airport in Barcelona and at the Roman port of Fiumicino. The name of the line comes from the Spanish "vuelo" which means "a flight".
The carrier has 13 additional bases: A Coruña, Alicante, Amsterdam, Bilbao, Florence, Gran Canaria, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Santiago de Compostela, Seville and Valencia, and Ibiza and Menorca, which it uses during the summer season.
The airline operates on over 100 routes between Barcelona and Rome and airports in Africa, Europe and Asia. They are the second largest carrier in Spain.
Vueling lines were created in 2004. Initially, the fleet counted two Airbus A320 servicing the route between Barcelona and Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca and the Paris airport Charles de Gaulle.
