Great Experience
I embarked on a short flight from Kona to Honolulu. Southwest were great - the staff were friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly.

Seat Selection
Southwestern has an odd, unique seat selection. It seemed to require a lot of shuffling of people to get on the plane.

Not enough communication
Trip delayed out of midway by 2 hours then an another hour taking off and we had no explanation other than flight coming in from Cancun was delayed. Not sure why we say on plane an extra hour.

Great website
Website was easy to use. They had Southwest flights that weren’t available on the Southwest website when I was about to give up on finding one. The electronic ticket was available within minutes. When one of the flights was delayed, I received updates right away.
