Cityjet
CityJet is an Irish airline founded in 1993. In 1996, the carrier established cooperation with Air France, which after a short time took over all the shares of the brand, and then sold them to the German company Intro Avation. In 2014, the brand was bought by a business consortium led by the original founder of the line – Pat Byrne.
The CityJet city network includes European cities (Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Manchester, Newcastle, Florence), but the carrier also operates charter flights for the needs of travel agencies as well as private clients. CityJet also performs cruises for other brands: SAS, Air France, KLM and Brussels Airlines. The main hub of the line is the international airport in Dublin, situated about 10 km from the city center.
