waiting times

Awful , lack of staff at security lead to long waiting times , 4 hours entering Belgium , 2 hours leaving , I've actually never seen anything like it , no one to help and advise , no one seemed to be in charge to organise anything , very very poor

Got through to departure without a problem

Transfer time was a bit tight but fine, may have been not so good if the first flight had been delayed.

It was my best holiday the service is the best I will advise friend and family

Ottimo aereoporto pieno di servizi e di ottimo personale anche se quest ultimo, nella professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza dipende dalla compagnia, per colpa dells presunzione di un paio di dipendenti della lufthansa al gate, ho perso il secondo volo di coincidenza poiché hanno cambiato il gate 10/15 minuti prima dell imbarco comunciandolo solamente su un unico display e senza comunicazione vocale, essendomene accordo alle 10.40 (5 min. Prima della partenza) sono arrivato con 1 minuto di ritardo perdendo il volo, poiché il gate sostituitivo non era vicino ed il personale addetto all imbarco insisteva che non era obbligato alla comunicazione vocale, così io come anche altri passeggieri abbiamo perso il volo.

Very in organised for the British airways flight, had to wait 11/2 hour in queue, I couldn’t use the checkin machines as it didn’t work for several passengers I noticed and some to! No one for crew staff was helping anyone direct them as they usually do, and they only had 3 staff working at counters for so many passengers! Disgraceful
