Eindhoven Airport is a little airport located not far from the city center. It has become popular because of its convenient location by the A2 motorway which runs west-south of the country linking Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Maastricht. Eindhoven Airport is the second-busiest airport by total passenger traffic in the Netherlands, after Amsterdam Schiphol. It handles around 2.5 million passengers a year. In comparison, the airport in Amsterdam serves more than 49 million travelers a year. Over the last few years, the number of routes operated has increased thanks to low-cost airlines – the airport is well-connected with Amsterdam by rail, so many passengers fly to Eindhoven to get to the Netherlands’ capital. In the future, the airport will start new routes to cover the entire globe. There are several hotels near the airport.

Bus
You can easily get to the city center by bus lines running frequently from the airport. The 401 bus service to and from the center of Eindhoven operates a few times an hour. The journey time is around 25 minutes. The single ticket costs 3 euro. With the AirExpressBus service, you can reach the center of Amsterdam. The ride from Eindhoven Airport will take approximately 90 minutes.
Rail
There are no direct trains from the airport to Eindhoven, however, you can easily get by train to Amsterdam and other cities across the Netherlands. The bus station where the 401 bus stops is adjacent to the central train station. The
travel time is approximately 1.5 hour.

Right in front of the terminal buildings, you will find P1 short stay parking. The first 15 minutes of parking are free of charge. There are also long stay car parks at the airport (P3, P4, and P5). P3 parking is located 300 meters from the terminal building. P4 and P5 car parks are only 400 meters away.
Information – the Information Desk is located in the main hall.
Food and drinks – there is a restaurant and bar within the airport. The restaurant with an observation deck overlooking the airport runway is situated on the first level of the main hall. It serves both snacks and meals. On the ground floor, you will find a bar offering beverages.
Financial services – in the main hall there is a currency exchange office and ATM.
Shopping – passengers can shop at a few stores – in the main hall they will find souvenirs, newspapers, sweets, and drinks. At the Departures, there are duty-free shops with cosmetics, perfumes, and duty-free goods.
Car rental – five car rental companies serve the airport.
Internet – wireless internet is available throughout the airport.
