Nice International Airport is one of the busiest airports in France. It is located by the sea, on the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera), about 6 kilometers southwest of the city center of the attractive Nice resort. It is the most visited region in the country. The origin of the airport dates back to the year 1910. Nowadays, it has two terminals with shuttle buses connection. The airport operates nearly 70 airlines, low-cost and charter ones. Annually, the generate passenger traffic of over 12 million passengers.

By bus
From the Nice airport, 22 bus lines go to the 120 cities and towns in the Nice neighborhood, including Cannes, Fréjus, Toulon, Marseille, Avignon, Grasse, Val d'Allos, Auron, Isola, Valberg, and Genua. There are also many bus lines connecting the airport with the Nice city center, they run every 15 minutes. A free shuttle bus connects the terminals.
By train
Within one kilometer from Nice NCE airport, there is a train station. You can choose one of three types of trains, operating on these routes:
SNCF (TGV): Nice – Cannes – St. Raphael – Les Arcs and Marseille – Nice – Vintimille,
TER: Mandelieu – Grasse – Nice – Vintimille,
ST: Nice – Digne and Nice – Breil – Cueno – Torino.
Taxi stands are located in front of the terminals. About 400 taxis operate here 24/7.
Nice airport has a great location. It is located next to the A8 highway, leading north to Monaco and Italy, and leading south to Cannes and Marseille. The way to the airport is well signposted. Numerous roads will lead you to the airport:
