Mykonos Town
Mykonos is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea, part of the Cyclades archipelago, lying between Tinos, Syros, Naxos and Paros. Known as the Island of the Winds, it attracts visitors with its cosmopolitan character and vibrant nightlife, which is welcoming to the LGBT community. It has around 14 thousand residents, and in high season the number of visitors reaches 100 thousand a day. The best time to visit is the summer months, when temperatures are high and the meltemi winds bring refreshing relief.
