The luggage fees are ridiculous, absolutely terrible Customer service , would never use this airline ever again.

Now allowed to checkin

I wasnt allowed to checkin 2 hours before departure…i had to buy new tickets and loose a full day in milano…such terrible experience At least 4 employees were sitting in the checking desk and didnt agree to give the boarding pass…they said they will not be able to make it on time! (This was two hours before departure)

Poor services

When trying to check in at the airport desk, the front desk agent initially said I don’t have a reservation. Upon presenting my confirmation email, they still have problems finding my reservation. I was sent back and forth between different offices a couple of times. Ended up paying extra because I didn’t do the online checking, although I tried twice, both times being noticed that due to website technical issues difficulties, I need to try again later. Unprofessional front desk agents, seemed like they were not trined for their job. First time using Wizz Air and likely last time.

The worst airline ever

The first flight was delayed more than 3 hour and the return flyed was rescheduled from 23:59 to 11:30 make me lose the entire day.

Terrible ground staff

This is the only company that neglects priority boarding for a mother with two small babies aged 1 and 3! No humanity! When I tried to force them to board the children on the plane in the priority line, they cancelled my ticket! These were not my children, but just a young single woman who was flying with two children herself. This is a money-hungry company with no human relations!!!

A new type of scam. I wasn-t able to do check-in online because of a permanent error. They extracharged at the airport with 40gbp and risk to don't have a seat.
